Prakash Jha dedicates Rajneeti to Bhopal

Happy with the response to his political magnum opus Rajneeti,which was shot in the city,director Prakash Jha on Saturday said the film would not have been possible without the cooperation of the people in Bhopal.

“The film is dedicated to Bhopal,its people and Madhya Pradesh as a whole..It would not have been possible without the cooperation received from the people of Bhopal ,”said Jha from Mumbai.

The multi-starrer released to packed houses in the city on Friday and people have acclaimed the movie and liked the scenes shot at various picturesque locales here,he said.

Raajneeti stars biggies like Naseeruddin Shah,Nana Patekar,Ajay Devgn,Manoj Bajpai,Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.

The noted filmmaker plans to shoot his next venture ‘Aarakshan’ starring Amitabh Bachchan in Bhopal too,and the shooting will begin here by the year-end.
