Emmy Rossum passed on ‘Twilight’ role due to script issues
Emmy Rossum has revealed that she turned down 'Twilight' movie as she was not fond of the script.

Actress Emmy Rossum has revealed that she turned down ‘Twilight’ movie as she was not fond of the script.
The 28-year-old star landed a role in the vampire romance film – the adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s book of the same name, which was then passed to Kristen Stewart, reported Ace Showbiz. “I passed on
‘Twilight’ because I didn’t like the script,” Rossum said.
The ‘Shameless’ star starred in another novel adaptation of the same name by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl, a supernatural romantic film ‘Beautiful Creatures’.
“It’s very different. It’s empowering for women. A lot of the female characters were able to decide for themselves who they are going to be and what they are going to do with their lives,” said Rossum.
