Singer Lily Allen has been hit with legal papers by a former tour manager for allegedly breaking a contract.

Bosses at Ec1 Music Agency have filed a lawsuit at London’s High Court claiming they were working with the 29-year-old ‘Smile’ hitmaker on a comeback tour which was due to kick off in 2013, reported Daily Mirror.

The trek was delayed when Allen fell pregnant with her second child, but she allegedly told them to continue working on tour plans for 2014 to 2015.

However, shortly after venues were booked, Allen allegedly signed with US firm Creative Artists Agency (CAA) to run the trek.

Ec1 Music officials are seeking compensation for at least 100,000 pounds from Allen for allegedly breaking their
contract and to cover the costs of the work they had already done. The singer’s lawyers said they “will be defending the matter vigorously.”
