Tamil superstar Vijay starrer ‘Puli’, which had earlier ran into issues owing to clearance of dues, has finally started screening with 10 am shows. The early morning shows of the film were cancelled on Thursday (October 1) after theatres failed to receive clearance from Qube, the company that streams movies digitally.

Shruti Haasan took to Twitter to share the experience of her adventure, along with a picture.

The release of ‘Puli’ had hit a roadblock after morning shows, as early as 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., and overseas premiere of the film were cancelled for reasons still unclear. Shruti Haasan also tweeted about Puli’s release.

It was only after actor Vijay intervened and settled all the dues that the clearance was given to theatres by Qube. ‘Puli’ also stars Hansika Motwani and Sridevi.
