Shriya Pilgaonkar in Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Fan’

Shriya made her acting debut in 2013 with her father’s Marathi production ‘Ekulti Ek’.

Though Shah Rukh Khan plays the protagonist in Maneesh Sharma’s ‘Fan’ and the film has no leading lady, women have important roles to play in the project. Supermodel Waluscha De Sousa is part of the film.

And now it has come to light that veteran actor Sachin Pilgaonkar’s daughter, Shriya will be making her Hindi film debut in the film which has SRK playing his own fan. “Yes, Shriya has a small but important character in the film,” confirmed a source close to the project.

Shriya, a theatre actress who has directed a few short films, made her acting debut in 2013 with her father’s Marathi production ‘Ekulti Ek’.
