Set in the aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, Kesari Chapter 2 follows C Sankaran Nair (Akshay Kumar), a lone, principled barrister who takes on the British Empire in court, demanding accountability for all the people who lost their lives that fateful day. In Transit Prime Video In Transit is a powerful four-part docuseries that brings together moving stories of love, identity, and resilience from individuals across the transgender spectrum. It follows the lives of nine remarkable people from across India as they navigate life beyond the gender binary - confronting, challenging, and ultimately reshaping the status quo. Produced by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar under the banner of Tiger Baby, the docuseries is directed by Ayesha Sood. In Transit will premiere on Prime Video on June 13. Juha MUBI Directed, written, produced and edited by Finnish auter Aki Kaurismäki, Juha based on the novel by the same name by author Juhani Aho. Everything changes for rural farmer Juha (Sakari Kuosmanen) and his wife Marja (Kati Outinen) when a sophisticated stranger, Shemeikka (André Wilms), is brought fatefully into their lives after his car breaks down in their village. Soon, Marja is seduced by the city slicker and runs away with him, only to find herself in a dire situation in the metropolis. This black-and-white silent-movie is shot by Timo Salminen. Alappuzha Gymkhana SonyLIV Alappuzha Gymkhana is a widely appreciated Malayalam-language sports film directed and produced by Khalid Rahman. He also co-wrote its screenplay with Sreeni Saseendran, with dialogues by Ratheesh Ravi. The film follows Jojo (Naslen) and his group of friends, who depend on the boxing quota to enter college. They're met with a ruthless coach (Lukman Avaran) and get a brutal reality check. What begins as a scam turns into a fight for purpose, pride, and redemption. The film's cast features Ganapathi S. Poduval, Sandeep Pradeep, Anagha Ravi, Franco Francis, Baby Jean and Shiva Hariharan. It will release on the streamer on June 13.
