Another first for GEMS Education

GEMS Education,the largest kindergarten to grade 12 private school operator in the world,has received the globally recognised International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 Certification for the quality of its IT infrastructure. GEMS Education is the world’s first K-12 education company to receive ISO certification in this field.

The ISO is the world’s largest developer and publisher of international standards and is recognised as the world’s leading non – governmental authority on quality standards. To receive the ISO 27001 Certification GEMS Education’s Infrastructure and Data Centre services were examined and audited to ensure that they adhered to a rigorous set of standards of quality,security and reliability.
