CRPF jawan commits suicide in J-K

A CRPF jawan committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district today,officials said.

Constable Ramesh of 43rd battalion was on guard duty at a picket outside Deputy Commissioner’s office in Budgam town,16km from here,when he shot himself dead,they said.

The motive behind the constable taking such an extreme step is not yet known,they added.
