Explosives recovered from a militant hideout in Doda

Security forces have busted a militant hideout and recovered explosives and ammunition,including 3.5 kgs of RDX,in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir,defence sources said.

A joint column of Rashtriya Rifle troops and police during search operation busted the militant hideout in Masnhi,about 180-kms from Jammu,in Doda district yesterday,they said.

The recoveries from the hideout includes 3.5 kgs of RDX,two remote control IEDs,25 gelatin sticks,four grenades,18 detonators,one shell of Rocket Propelled Gun,two magazines of AK-47 and 68 rounds of AK ammunition.
