JamAat-ud Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, suspected mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, tweeted Sunday that “Modi becoming the PM is not India’s domestic issue”. A day earlier, he had warned Nawaz Sharif against his visit to India and said “it was an effort to appease India and did not reflect Pakistan’s national honour”.

“India elections gave birth to mutated #secularism hiding #BJP #Hindutva serpent with consistent bias evident against #Muslims,” tweeted Saeed. He addressed a rally, Takbeer Convention, held to highlight the threat to Pakistan’s defence apparatus in Hyderabad Sunday.
His tweets were retweeted by JuD, the parent group of the terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba.

The Border Security Force, meanwhile, has issued an alert and asked its men not to lower their guard. “We have issued an alert ahead of the swearing-in ceremony and asked our men to be on constant vigil against any kind of undesirable activities from across the border,” said DK Pathak, DG, BSF.

An alert has also been issued for the eastern border along Bangladesh.
