Two persons were arrested today with over 3200 intoxicant capsules in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Purshotam Kumar and Birbal were held with the illegal consignment,police said.
The consignment was reportedly being supplied to the youths in adjoining areas,they said.
A case has been registered against them.
