Nitish lambasts Lalu Prasad

6 months after polls in Bihar,RJD leader broke his silence and castigated Nitish Kumar failures on all fronts.

Hitting back at Lalu Prasad for criticising his government,Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday said it reflected that the RJD supremo had not learnt any lesson even from the crushing defeat of his party in the 2010 assembly polls in the state.

“Laluji is sticking to his old habit (of criticizing NDA). It shows that he has not taken lessons from his party’s poll drubbing,” Kumar said reacting to the RJD chief’s severe criticism of his government.

Six months after the assembly polls in Bihar,the RJD leader broke his silence for the first time on Wednesday.castigating Nitish Kumar government for its alleged failures on all fronts.

Deputy Chief Minister S K Modi said the Lalu spoke against the NDA,the more it will help the alliance.

“Prasad’s utterances against us will continue to remind people of the state of jungle raj,anarachy and chaos that prevailed during the 15-year RJD rule,” he said.

Modi also ridiculed Prasad saying he repeated the same rhetoric of mismanagement of EVMs for being the reason for RJD’s defeat.

Referring to Congress’ demonstration in New Delhi against alleged irregularities in allotment of land by Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA),Modi said it showed that the party had “crossed the limits of shamelessness.”

“No auction has taken place for allotment of plots by BIADA even during erstwhile Congress and RJD governments

The provisions of not going for auction exist since 1974 when BIADA has been set up,” he said adding the same procedure was being followed in allotment of plots by the body.
