The Border Security Force pushed back Pakistani wood-cutters,trying to sneak into Jammu and Kashmirs Rajouri district along the Line of Control,in the wee hours today.
The para-military troopers opened fire briefly to push back the intruders,BSF officials said.
The BSF personnel noticed a group of wood-cutters from across the border trying to intrude into the forest in Bhimber area on the Indian side.
They fired a few rounds forcing them to flee,the officials said.
