“The Agriculture Minister who is known for playing Holi with the blood of farmers. He openly refused to create a law for the guarantee of the MSP. Not just this, he refused to implement MSP on C2+50 per cent profit. C2 is input costs, family labour, and rent of land of the farmer. The PM had promised 50 per cent profit, but the government refused it today,” Surjewala said.
