As many as 400 alumni attended the event. Reminiscence ’23 was celebrated with a Bollywood theme.
Beyond the surface glitz, a SIMSREE statement said, the Bollywood theme added a delightful and fun element, fostering joyous camaraderie and bridging connections between alumni and current students.
Reminiscence ’23 wasn’t just a reunion, the statement said adding that it was a purposeful initiative to strengthen alumni relationships and enhance the overall student experience. It aimed to inspire current students by sharing the wisdom and experiences of alumni, contributing to the ongoing legacy of SIMSREE.
The power of the evening lay not only in its entertainment value but also in its ability to act as a conduit for alumni to give back to the institution that played a pivotal role in shaping their professional journeys. As the alumni mingled and reminisced, discussions unfolded about potential avenues for collaboration, mentorship programs, and ways to contribute to the college’s growth and development.
“It celebrated shared experiences, reinforcing the enduring strength of connections made within these academic walls. It wasn’t merely an event; it was a testament to the resilience of bonds, affirming that the spirit of SIMSREE lives on in the hearts of those who once called it home,” the statement added.
