100 donate blood in camp at Mohali

S.A.S. NAGAR, Dec 1: A blood donation camp was organised at the Sanathan Dharm Mandir. The camp was organised by the Shree Ayyappa Seva Samiti in the township.

According to samiti president K. Sasidharan around 100 persons donated blood at the camp, which was attended by a team of 10 persons including four doctors from PGI and the blood thus collected was send to the PGI blood bank. Sasidharan said this was second blood camp organised by the samiti. "We have organised medical, eye and dental camps to date and also cultural programmes… our motto is public service," he said
