
NEW DELHI, January 4: Some Central government offices would be shifted out to Delhi’s satellite townships in a bid to decongest the Capital. The 11 offices to be shifted include coast guard headquarters, national crime records bureau (home ministry), research and development (postal department), department of supply and national capital region planning board.
The offices will be shifted to Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad and Gurgaon, an official release said here today. Other offices to be moved out are department of light houses and light ships, central institute of research and training in employment service (labour ministry), commissioner of payment of department of industrial development, department of publication, national academy of customs, excise and narcotics and all India soil and landuse survey (department of agriculture). 18-year-old boy found murderedAN 18-year-old boy, Indersun, was found murdered in his house in Babarpur around 10 in the morning. There were four stab wounds on his neck and the upper abdomen. Indersun was living in a small chawl in Galli Number 1 alongwith his uncle, Munnalal, and his family. He was working with his uncle, a fruit supplier.
