BANGALORE, July 1: The Karnataka Electricity Board (KEB) has brought into effect the 13% power tariff hike with effect from July 1. However the high tension users have been provided an incentive as power hike for them is restricted at 10%. The hike is expected to fetch KEB an additional revenue of Rs 300 crore per year.
