CHENNAI, July 17: With the resumption of work by the postal employees on Thursday evening, postwl services limped back to normalcy on Friday. Sorting of mail began on Thursday evening form 6 1m and 6,260 mail bags were opened and sorted all over Tamil Nadu, Chief Post Master General K R Rambhad said.
