The Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate on Saturday rejected actor Aamir Khan’s application seeking custody of his brother Faisal.
As directed by the court during the last hearing, Faisal had filed an affidavit about his activities over the past one month.
After going through the affidavit, Metropolitan Magistrate Pankaj Shah ordered that “Faisal did not have to be in anyone’s custody and was free of any constraints”. However, the court directed him to regularly stay in touch with JJ Hospital authorities for his medication and other treatment.
