The twin murder, including that of Aarushi, was a pre-meditated plan and not done on the spur of the moment, as claimed by Noida police, said CBI on Tuesday.
Highly placed sources in CBI said that the “murderers”, which can be two in number, had planned these murders well in advance and studied all cover-up operations meticulously.
With this observation, the theory of Noida police that Rajesh Talwar had allegedly murdered his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj on the spur of the moment has fallen flat.
The killers had gained friendly entry into the house before committing the ghastly crime, said sources.
Meanwhile, CBI on Tuesday conducted the second lie detector test on Krishna, compounder of Dr Rajesh Talwar, in connection with the gruesome twin murder, they said.
Evasive in his replies on Monday, the sleuths of Special Crime unit of the CBI on Tuesday sent a fresh questionnaire to CFSL officials for enabling them to put Krishna through the polygraph (lie) detector again, official sources said.
A CBI team re-visited the Talwar’s residence in Noida on Monday’s night and re-created the entire crime scene again, based on the statement given by the compounder.
Some of the relations of Aarushi and Hemraj were also questioned on Tuesday as well by the agency.
