
SAS NAGAR, Aug 20: Punjab School Education Board today announced the schedule for submission of admission forms and fees for its middle standard examination to be conducted in February. Jagjit Singh Sidhu, secretary of the board said private candidates could submit their admission forms by September 15 with a fee of Rs 180 plus Rs 20 as registration fee.
The forms can be submitted by paying a fee of Rs 50 till September 25 and a late fee of Rs 150 by October 15.
Regular students can submit their admission form with a fee of Rs 150 by September 25 and with a late fee of Rs 50 till October 15.
For additional paper Rs 50 are required to be paid, the secretary added.
Chandigarh: The Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation has decided to set up three carpet weaving and one embroidery training centres in Faridkot district.
These centres will impart training to the women of the weaker section so that they can earn their livelihood.
