October 6: For Sangeeta Chopra, designer and fashion show choreographer, the one thing she cannot do without is love and hugs. "I am addicted to hugs," she says. "I am perpetually kissing my friends and family." She is, however, a little more wary about kissing and hugging strangers. "I am warm with anyone who gives me good vibes. If someone does not give me a good vibe, I pull back," she says.With the fashion season beginning last week, Sangeeta is inundated with work. And December promises to be even busier. Well known for organising events like the Glad Rags show at the Turf Club, she is also the sister of lensman Sumeet Chopra. But when it comes to her favourite things, she makes sure she gets her quota. "My family, friends, boy friend and dog make sure I am never in need," she says. And if they do not give her the hugs she wants, she can always turn to her cuddly chimp.The human touch is more important to her than any material possession. "I am basically a simple person," she says. So, if you need to buy Sangeeta a present - give her a hug, it's right on top of her `I want' list. A simple gift for a simple lady.
