Amount of drugs seized fudged, says accused foreigner

NEW DELHI, Feb 3: A norwegian accused in a drug case has filed a complaint against the customs department alleging that though he was caught with 2 kg of hashish, the FIR filed by the department mentions just one-and-a-half kg of hashish.

The complaint was filed in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Indermit Kochchar. She issued issued notices to the customs department today, asking officials concerned to be present in court on February 12.
