CHANDIGARH, Jan 21: Arguments on the bail application of K.K. Jerath, an accused in Engineering Department kickbacks case, were today deferred till January 28 by District and Sessions Judge B.S. Bedi. Since some of the documents had not so far been supplied to the accused, the Judge also extended the interim bail of the rest of the seven accused till the fore-mentioned date.
