BANGALORE, July 6: A new arrack policy to help reduce the number of arrack shops and allow only the licensed shops to function in Karnataka will be framed, according to Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister M C Naniah. The recommendations are to be put before the Cabinet at its meeting on July 14, he said. The policy would come into force in August.
