CBI officials had justified narco-analysis test on Krishna, saying it is done to ascertain contradictions, if any, in his statements.

Asked if FSL is conducting test without official permission, Malini said: “We have to receive official papers for any process to be conducted. We have permission. We received it late last evening.”

Krishna worked as compounder at the Noida clinic of Talwar, a dentist.
