CHENNAI, July 20: The Union Environment Ministry will prepare white papers on the level of pollution in metropolitian cities in the country, beginning in Delhi, according to minister, Saifuddin Soz. After detailed assessment, his Ministry will, in consultation with experts chalk out an action plan, he said.
