chennai, Nov 15: It was not the most impressive of workouts by the Asia Cup-bound Indian hockey team at the Mayor Radhakrishnan stadium on Monday, but coach Vasudevan Baskaran put the exercise (an exhibition game against a Tamil Nadu selection) in perspective saying it was more like warm-up. The National team won 3-1.

The coach sought to focus attention on two factors the significance of the Asia Cup in Kuala Lumpur (November 18-28) vis-a-vis qualification for the 2002 World Cup, and the development of a couple of youngsters among whom he singled out Bimal Lakra for special attention.
