BRISBANE, NOV 28: Indian skipper Sachin Tendulkar today said his priority in the second stint of captaincy will be to build the ``spirit of a family'' among his team members.``I take things as they come today but it is not only me this time. I have a team to look after,'' said Tendulkar during the third day's play against Queensland at Gabba today.Asked to draw a comparison between his attitude this time from the first time when he was a captain in 1997, Tendulkar said this time it will be all about man-management.Tendulkar gave fulsome praise to the australians whohave been in great winning form. ``I think they are a great side, certainly one of the toughest in international circuit today,'' he said.Talking of his coming battle with Shane Warne, Tendulkar felt it should offer great entertainment value to the cricket fans this summer. ``He is an aggressive bowler, I am an aggressive batsman and when two aggressive cricketers meet on a field of play, it is good entertainment for the public,''Tendulkar said. The Indian captain also looked forward to meeting Glenn McGrath in Tests. ``I have not faced him yet in a Test,'' Tendulkar pointed out.The little master rated Wasim Akram, Allan Donald, Waqar Younis, Richard Hadlee and Craig McDermott as the toughest fast bowlers he had faced during his career. Tendulkar said he owed everything in cricket to his elder brother, Ajit.``He has had the biggest impact on me as a cricketer. Whatever I am today is because of him. I would say it is 80 per cent him and 20 per cent me in my development,'' Tendulkar said.
