PUNE, May 6: Prithviraj Bayas, general manager of the Pune Municipal Transport, will take additional charge as municipal commissioner of the PCMC for nearly a month during Municipal Commissioner Pravinsinh Pardeshi’s visit to China and Japan.

Bayas said that he had received a fax message in the evening from the State government to take over additional charge as municipal commissioner of Pimpri-Chinchwad.Pardeshi will be leaving for China on May 9.
