NEW DELHI, December 6: Delhi’s medium pacer Amit Bhandari has been included in the India `A’ team to take on the West Indies `A’ in the forthcoming one-day series to be played from December 11 to 15.

Bhandari, a trainee of Raju Tandon at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium and a regular member of Chand Khanna club in local tournaments, has been among wickets this season and was instrumental in giving North Zone a big win over South Zone in the Duleep Trophy match at Mumbai yesterday.

Maharashtra all-rounder Hrishikesh Kanitkar has been retained as the captain of the India `A’ team for the three one-day internationals.

The three one-day internationals will be played on December 11, 13 and 15 in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai, respectively.
