Bangalore, Feb 15: Tamil nadu’s Prem Prakash caused the first upset of the IFB-Second National selection Billiards and Snooker tournament when he defeated National runner-up B haskar in the billiards section by a 4-3 margin on Sunday.

National champion Geet Sethi recorded two wins on the second day of the tournament, which is one of the four to select the Indian team to play at the Bangkok Asiad later this year scraping past former world amateur billiards champion Michael Ferreira before defeating Nalin Patel.

Former world professional match-play runner-up Devendra Joshi was the other cueist to register two wins.
