Punjab CM Amarinder Singh today ruled out withdrawal of the case of “misappropriation of funds” against Deputy CM-designate Rajinder Kaur Bhattal, saying the government would not interfere in the judicial process.‘‘The case is at the stage of framing of charges and there is no question of withdrawing the case against her (Bhattal),’’ he told reporters here.A Chandigarh court today fixed January 10 for framing of charges in the case of alleged misappropriation of Rs 20 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund by Bhattal. — (PTI)
