Dismissing reports that the programme of holding maha-aartis to highlight government ‘failure’ to tackle terrorist activities had been shelved, BJP today said 10 such aartis would be held tomorrow at various Ganesh mandals in North-East Mumbai.BJP vice-president Gopinath Munde would lead the maha-aarti at the Ganesh mandal in North-East Mumbai at 7 pm, party sources said. The other maha-aartis would be held at Ghatkopar and Mulund areas and led by BJP MP Kirit Somaiya, former BJP city unit chief Vinod Tawade and city president Bhai Girkar, the sources added.
