
KHAMMAM, August 5: Bodipudi Venkateswara Rao, CPI-M floor leader in the Andhra Pradesh State Assembly, passed away today. He was 76. Rao, who was in poor health for the past several days, had been actively touring in the district in connection with the on-going Janmabhoomi programme. The veteran leader had been greatly involved in building up the communist movement in the Telengana area.
