Bounced cheque: Probation for convict

In his complaint under the said Section, the complainant Vimal Nagpal alleged that the accused had taken a loan of Rs 20,000 from him and had assured that the same would be returned within a period of three months.

It was added that after the expiry of the said period the accused issued a cheque amounting to Rs 20,000 in the name of Vimal Nagpal, but the same was dishonoured by the bank on account that the cheque drawer’s signatures were found to be differing.
