CSE brokers on Friday went on a week’s strike in protest against the exchange management sub-committee’s alleged ‘inaction’ at Sebi’s instance to chalk out a revival plan. The management sub-committee headed by chairman Supriya Gupta, at CSE’s AGM, had refrained from answering queries by members about steps for bringing the exchange back on the rails. The committee had refused to comment on alleged illegal measures adopted by former committee members. (PTI)
