Amit Jogi, son of former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi, will be questioned by the CBI tomorrow in connection with the murder of state Nationalist Congress Party treasurer Ram Avtar Jaggi two years ago.

Amit’s name had come up during the interrogation of the 14 accused arrested in the case. Among those arrested include former NSUI office bearers.

Jaggi was shot dead on June 4, 2003. His murder stirred a political controversy in the state. The case was subsequently handed over to the CBI for probe.
