After increasing judges’ strength in the high courts by 94 posts, the government is considering a proposal to increase the judges’ strength in the Supreme Court, which is attracting more and more litigation. ‘‘We are seriously looking into this proposal,’’ Law Minister Arun Jaitley said at the Law Day function in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. Presently, the Constitution sanctioned judge strength of the apex court is 26.
