INLD may withdraw support
Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) leader Om Prakash Chautala today threatened to withdraw support to the Vajpayee government if the hike announced in price of urea, rice, wheat and sugar was not rolled back immediately. Talking to reporters at Chandigarh today, Chautala, who is also Leader of the Opposition in Haryana Vidhan Sabha, said he was rushing to Delhi to meet Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee to lodge his party’s "strong protest"over the issue.
