According to an HSIDC official, this is a special tour to make an ‘‘emotional appeal’’ to Marwaris and Punjabis of Haryanvi origin settled in other parts of the country to invest heavily in Haryana keeping in mind good prospects of return.

However, even if somebody agrees to build a school or a chaupal in the state, it would be a welcome step, he said.
