CHANDIGARH, Oct 13: The Chandigarh Institute of Performing Arts (CIPA) is back with their Global Theatre Movement Programme. The second annual festival will commence on November 6.

Shyam Juneja, the director of CIPA, told ENS that this year the festival would focus on the theme of `Discover India’ and would bring in theatre artists from across the globe. "Hungary, France, the UK and Bulgaria have sent in their confirmation. I am awaiting the reply from Bulgaria". The nine-day workshop in preparation of the festival will be held at Indira Holiday Home. "The final production

will be a blend of Indian classical and folk forms with theatre and will be staged at Tagore Theatre on 15, the last day".
