Three days after UP CM Mayawati called on Congress president Sonia Gandhi indicating a rapprochement between the two parties, the Congress on Wednesday said it will continue its agitation against the state Government on issues concerning the people. “We will continue to seek accountability from the BSP Government and from Mayawati,” AICC General Secretary in charge of UP Digvijay Singh said. He added that the Congress was seeking an account of Mayawati’s personal wealth and that it will not interfere in any possible case relating to income tax against Mayawati.
