CHENNAI, July 7: Mrs Chandrika Shanmugam (38), Corporation Councillor for Division 148, Ramakrishna Nagar, R A Puram, died at the Government Royapettah Hospital on Tuesday. She was admitted to the hospital with burns this evening.
