HYDERABAD, July 15: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has issued viability certificates for 23 new engineering colleges to be set up in Andhra Pradesh, and the State government has modified its policy on professional institutions, paving the way for these colleges to come up. The modified government policy permits professional colleges to be set up in hitherto uncovered revenue divisions.
