Congress leader and former CM Dharam Singh on Thursday projected the possibility of early Assembly polls with the JD(S) not transferring power to the BJP.
He told reporters that the JD(S) is firmly against handing over power to the BJP and is looking for escape routes. “Developments are taking place and there will be surprises on October 3,’’ he said.
