SHIMLA, Jan 18: With Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, along with other ministers, away at Dharamsala the scene has shifted to the lower Himachal to coincide with the winter move.

The Chief Minister, who will remain in the lower areas till mid-February. He will tour the entire lower Himachal, launch new schemes, and review the pace of development work.
