India and China began a crucial round of boundary negotiations on Thursday, with both sides keen to find a ‘‘mutually acceptable’’ solution. The fourth round of talks is being held between National Security Adviser J N Dixit and the Chinese Executive Vice-Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo.
