NAGERCOIL, July 6: Doctors and nurses from the district Government headuquarters hospitals at Chennai will be trained to handle AIDS-affected persons, according to Dr P K Rajendhran, Joint Director of State AIDS Control Society. He informed that the Society coupled with a team of physicians is working on a permanent cure for the disease and to increase resistance in the patients. The research team is currently testing the potency of Siddha medicines in treatment of AIDS.
